Returns
Returning your item
We hope you'll love your purchase but If you need to return a product please contact me with your proof of purchase and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return address. Please return in the original packaging and are securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked delivery and keep hold of the tracing receipt, we cannot be help responsible for missing parcels. You must send your order back to us at your own cost. Any returns must be received within 14 days and in perfect condition.
Refunds
Once we've received and processed your return we will refund you within 48 hours. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Depending on your provider refunds may take up to 10 working days to show in your account.
Faulty items
We take great care to package your product. If it arrives faulty or damaged please e-mail me within 14 days of receipt. Please include your order number name and delivery address. and I'll aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
