All our products are hand made so please allow at least 3-5 days to pack and ship.
We ship our products to the UK using standard delivery which takes 3-5 working days. We offer free shipping on all orders £40 or above and one rate of £4.50 for any order below £40
Currently not shipping internationally but hope to in the future.
If your product is damaged please contact me and I'll aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you need to return a product please contact me with your proof of purchase and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return address. We will not refund any return shipping costs. Any returns must be received within 14 days and in perfect condition.
We make all our candles with a plant based wax which is a combination of coconut and rapeseed and nothing else.
